IP / MPLS Network Engineer (Dallas, TX)

This position serves as the subject-matter expert for IP / MPLS wide-area network design, security, and optimization within clients enterprise and operational technology networks. It supports strategic projects, such as the company's private LTE deployment across 100+ sites.

Job Type : 12-month contract (renewable)

Location : Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

Schedule : Up to 3 on-site days weekly

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement IP / MPLS architectures ensuring high availability and security.

Integrate WAN with data centers and coordinate with network vendors.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and capacity management.

Support MPLS edge / aggregation devices and QoS policies.

Collaborate on large-scale automation and network transformation initiatives.

Qualifications :

5+ years in IP / MPLS network engineering.

Strong experience with BGP, OSPF, QoS, and network segmentation.

Relevant certifications (CCNP / JNCP preferred).

Hands-on experience with enterprise and service provider-grade routing platforms.

Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
