Sales & Service Coordinator - Shine of Cincinnati

Location : Cincinnati, OH (In-Person or Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive hourly + performance-based bonuses

Reports To : Director of General Services

We pride ourselves on delivering premium service with a personal touch-and we're looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and deliver world-class experiences to our customers.

Your Role :

As our Sales & Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in making sure every job runs smoothly-from the first phone call to the final invoice.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer incoming calls, respond to new leads via text / email / phone, and manage communication within our CRM and messaging platforms (Podium, Housecall Pro, Bpro).

Use our estimate templates and quoting software to prepare and send estimates to customers. Ensure accurate job scoping by communicating with the sales / ops team.

Coordinate crew schedules, confirm appointments, and ensure all jobs are properly routed and prepped.

Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Handle inbound customer questions or issues with professionalism and warmth.

Generate and send invoices, track payment status, and follow up as needed.

Keep things organized behind the scenes. Update lead tags, maintain customer records, and support reporting and KPI tracking.
