Job descriptionBC and local candidate with Active OH license preferred. Seeking candidates to work one week per month or sporadic day coverage. General Anes position - types of cases include GS, ENT, ORS, OB, basic Peds, URO Must manage OB during call coverage Must be proficient with nerve and regional blocks for ORS. Usually all 3 providers are MD / DO physicians. There is occasionally a local CRNA who fills in as the 3rd provider. Travel, Lodging, and A malpractice insurance Dates available : with ongoing needs beginning as soon as credentialed Desired Schedule : M-F 7a-3 : 30pm with one night of weeknight call Occasional weekend call Reason for Coverage : provider vacation / leave Worksite is located about an hour from Cincinnati and 1.5 hour from Columbus. Scope of Work : The AN Provider will oversee 3 CRNAs and handle cases on their own average about 15 per day. Bread & Butter cases, no Peds. They prefer someone who can cover all the weeks but they will split this between 2 providers. Requirements : -OH license-DEA w OH address-Board Certification-Flu, PPD w / in 12mo-ACLS, BLS-CAQH online application
