Overview

We’re partnering with a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Corporate Controller. You will manage daily accounting operations and the monthly close, serving as a trusted right hand to the Controller while mentoring a growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead accounting close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee daily accounting operations with a focus on payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and operating expenses
• Supervise and mentor a team of 2 accountants, with plans to expand the group in the near future
• Review and improve accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Manage vendor, payroll, and banking relationships while supporting external audit requests
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations (payroll, income, property, and local taxes)
