Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Alamogordo, NM. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to support a unique caseload primarily in PreK through 2nd grade, focusing on high-needs students.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing speech-language therapy services to students with significant communication challenges, including those who are non-verbal, have intellectual disabilities, or are part of a low incidence population
• Working with students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Managing a caseload consisting of approximately five transitional students, including three students on the autism spectrum who may soon require compensatory services
• Collaborating with existing virtual SLP providers while delivering in-person therapy services
• Serving as an itinerant therapist across assigned schools as needed
