Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator / Dispatch professional to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dispatch and service coordination. This role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to various job sites.
• Manage and prioritize high call volumes, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure service needs are met.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent service requests or changes in technician availability.
