MANTECH seeks a strategic and dynamic Executive Director of Business Development and Capture to join our Intel Sector Growth team. This individual will support MANTECH at our Corporate Headquarters in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline while leading opportunity capture strategies in collaboration with proposal operations, solutions architects, business growth teams, and leadership
• Define opportunity requirements and address capabilities gaps by identifying areas of improvement and applying innovative solutions
• Initiate and participate in customer discussions including the generation and presentation of White Papers and briefings, and representation at MANTECH at solicitation conferences
• Identify industry teammates, lead discussions, and negotiate teaming agreements
• Initiate and support solutioning discussions with internal and external resources including MANTECH practice areas.
• Brief MANTECH leadership on the status of opportunities and close open action items
• Support customer account planning and participate in company branding activities congruent with business opportunities including : White papers, technology demonstrations, RFI responses and participation in industry groups to gain insight to near / far-term customer & mission needs
