Your role at Sephora

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Data Science is an integral part of the Marketing Effectiveness team who is a key collaborator in delivering data driven solutions to the marketing team. This includes :

• Provide ongoing evaluation of marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models.
• Collaborate on day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities such as data delivery, analytics processes, interpretation of findings, insight delivery, and stakeholder alignment, with an emphasis on Marketing mix models
• Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, and then the Marketing Effectiveness team to design, develop and complete analytical processes / solutions, to derive insights that can address stakeholders’ stated objectives.
• Actively consult stakeholders to validate, and update as needed, a defined marketing effectiveness roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term business priorities.
• Support the Senior Director on Executive engagement materials and critical business needs.

The annual base salary range for this position is $123,930.00- $138,510.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
