Job Opening : CNA – Day Shift Support (Temple, GA) Schedule : Monday–Thursday & Saturday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM Location : Temple, GA Client Type : Adult with IDD (attends day program 1 day / week) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a female client in Temple, GA. This is a daytime position ideal for CNAs who value consistency, relationship-building, and meaningful work. The client attends a day program one day per week and receives in-home support the remaining days. Key Responsibilities Medication Reminders per care plan Goal Tracking in alignment with the client’s support objectives Support with ADLs, with a strong emphasis on hygiene management Routine Building : Help the client establish and maintain a structured daily routine Promote Independence : Encourage and support the client in completing tasks independently Build Rapport : Foster a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and family Ideal Candidate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with relevant experience Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must Patient, consistent, and skilled in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Comfortable working independently and following a structured care plan Excellent communication and documentation skills Why This Role?
