Orlando / North Florida Facilities / Full-Time Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and Manage a Facilities Department including projects and personnel
- Develop new business
- Manage P & L
- Perform field evaluations, collect data, author forensic reports
- Technical consulting and client interaction
Required Qualifications :
- Resume of projects related to building envelope specialty.
- Minimum 10 years experience including building envelope, roofing, property condition assessments, ADA consulting, window leakage testing
- Experience in consulting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the real estate development and construction industry
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications :
Florida Licensed Engineer or Architect, related certification such as RRO, level thermographer, EFIS inspector.
