The Opportunity

As a Venture Partner, you’ll leverage your existing network to introduce founders raising capital or accredited investors seeking high-quality deal flow. There’s no selling required — we manage the sales, onboarding, and fulfillment process. You simply make warm introductions, and we take care of the rest. This is an independent, flexible, remote opportunity ideal for founders, advisors, or investors who want to monetize their network and expand their influence in the venture ecosystem. What You’ll Do

Identify and refer qualified founders and investors to the Initio Capital team.

Introduce startups that are revenue-generating or actively raising capital.

Connect accredited investors seeking vetted early-stage deals.

Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and warm introductions.

Represent Initio Capital in your community, network, or region.

Optionally attend virtual partner meetings, exclusive events, and ecosystem sessions.

Who You Are
