Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner GTM Specialist to join and accelerate the growth of our Team. In this role, you will bring partner go-to-market strategies to life through coordinated execution across partners and internal teams. You will plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, and content that amplify partner collaboration, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen brand visibility. Working closely with Partner Development Managers, you will ensure every initiative delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute GTM Initiatives : Develop and implement joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and content with Mailchimp agency and service partners.

Amplify Partner Messaging : Promote joint initiatives internally and externally, including social media cross-promotion.

Create High-Impact Content : Develop partner case studies, webinars, and customer success stories to showcase value.

Align with Internal Teams : Integrate partner strategies into company marketing plans, GTM plays, and sales enablement.

Manage MDF Budgets : Help partners utilize Market Development Funds effectively and report on campaign ROI.

Support Partner Launches : Build scalable playbooks and best practices for onboarding and launching new partners.

Represent Mailchimp : Advocate for partner initiatives at events and within internal teams.

Drive Strategic Growth : Execute GTM plans focused on acquiring new customers and selling partner solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in successfully driving GTM programs and / or partner marketing for channel partners

Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems.

Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales and marketing tools.

Highly organized with excellent follow-through.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56.82 - $56.82 / hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
