Overview
We are hiring a GTM Partner Lead for Databricks to drive partnership strategy and execution within SAP’s Business Data Cloud and Business AI portfolio. The role requires a seasoned partner relationship leader with deep experience in hyperscale, AI‑powered data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic BDC & AI GTM partner relationships as the primary point of contact for Databricks, driving alignment with SAP’s Global BDC & AI CRO GTM leaders.
- Develop and execute critical initiatives to meet partnership contractual commitments and revenue objectives.
- Translate co‑sell framework, including forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management into strategic booking programs.
- Establish joint KPIs and regularly steer the GTM partnership priorities, providing transparent internal communications and updates.
- Lead GTM and cross‑workstream meetings, delivering subject matter expertise to drive regional execution, marketing positioning, messaging, enablement, and product feedback.
- Gather and share regional best practices, serving as an escalation point and resolving field conflicts; scale successes internally.
- Act as a trusted advisor and support the field at account and deal‑specific opportunity levels as needed.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Strong leadership and experience managing high‑visibility, cross‑functional, global programs.Senior stakeholder management experience with senior executives up to the executive board.Deep network within SAP across Product Management, CS&D, Ecosystem / Partner Management, Sales, Adoption, and Consumption.Co‑sell experience with hyperscalers and strategic partners.Analytical rigor paired with operational execution focus to deliver outstanding results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken English.10+ years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or related fields.Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range is USD 194,100 – 411,600. The target combined range includes base salary and variable incentive; actual offer depends on education, skills, experience, scope, and location.
