Job Summary :

This position presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Principal RF Module Design Engineer to join our Module Development Section within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. In this role, you will guide the technical design and development of advanced RF / microwave modules that incorporate GaAs- and GaN-based MMIC products, actively supporting both currently operational technologies and new product innovations. A strong academic and practical background in RF / Microwave Design, Development, Integration, and Testing is essential for success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Designing RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF modules and analog circuitry for both receive and transmit functions.
• Collaborating with RF module design, MMIC design, and assembly teams.
• Troubleshooting RF modules that are prototyped and under development.

The salary range for this role is $124,000 - $250,000, dependent on several factors including the role's requirements, candidate's experience, and location.
