What We’re Looking For :

INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for an apartment building located in Staples, MN & New York Mills, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities : (Including but not limited to)

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
