Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Manage case files and organize large volumes of electronic and physical documents
• Conduct legal research and verify citations using tools like Westlaw
• Coordinate and process court filings, including e-filing for state and federal courts
• Track litigation calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and document production using eDiscovery platforms
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
