Job Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts such as direct mail, advertisements, cross-sell programs, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other initiatives.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and functions within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Establishes themselves as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains strong relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs and goals.

Regulatory and Compliance

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Offer contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors to determine financial responsibility and fitness for the position. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate. Employment is contingent on compliance with Truth in Lending Act / Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements. National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration is required and must be updated as necessary after hire.
