Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist

A company is looking for a Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Stewardship team and various stakeholders regarding product stewardship programs

Support global Product Stewardship activities related to environmental regulations and ensure compliance with worldwide reporting obligations

Develop systems for tracking environmental product and packaging compliance requirements and advise management on regulatory trends

Required Qualifications

University / Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred in chemistry, engineering, or related sciences

At least 8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including 3+ years in environmental sustainability and packaging regulations

Familiarity with global product stewardship regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, Batteries, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute programs across multiple departments

Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple project timelines
