Position Overview :
- Full-time, in-office position (Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
- Private office provided
- Work directly with a dedicated team of three staff members
- Strong focus on case management and document review

Key Responsibilities :
Review firm lawsuits and pleadings for legal sufficiencyMonitor and attend initial dismissal hearings (virtual and in-person)Manage service of process requirementsDraft legal documents and petitionsInteract with courts and clientsParticipate in monthly attorney meetingsRequired Qualifications :
Active Texas Bar LicenseStrong attention to detailExcellent document drafting skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with Needles SoftwareSpanish language proficiencyPersonal injury law experience (entry-level attorneys will be considered)While this is not primarily a litigation role, opportunities to learn more about the litigation process may be available as time permits.
