Swoon is hiring for our Banking Client in Billings, MT and this will be a fully onsite position.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in analyzing operational performance, supporting process improvements, and driving efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, interpret, and report on operational performance data.
• Partner with team members to identify and implement process improvements for departmental initiatives.
• Coordinate and contribute to functional operations reviews by conducting in-depth analysis.
• Lead or participate in projects impacting the site, including customer onboarding, process changes, and other business initiatives.
• Build strong relationships within the line of business (LOB) and with cross-functional partners by providing responsive support.
• Work closely with internal teams, shared services, operational areas, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
• Provide guidance and insights to internal partners to support process completion, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
