A company is looking for a Success Accelerator Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven insights to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction

Own the framework for critical programs and report on product adoption lift

Partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize data-backed hypotheses

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred

8+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting, or 6+ years in sales strategy or operations

Expert-level Excel skills for building forecasting models

Ability to connect metrics to business outcomes

Experience driving change and process improvement in fast-paced environments
