Position Overview :

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Operations Leader, this role could be based out of any of our branches across the south region : Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, or Virginia. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring financial performance. The Senior Operations Leader will play a key role in shaping the future growth and culture of the organization. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to oversee multiple locations across the South Region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership and direction for local or regional operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Oversee full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to drive operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate with regional and national business development teams to support market expansion through both organic and strategic growth initiatives.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance across all operational areas.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to support employee development and job satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and manage annual budgets, operational plans, and financial forecasts.
• Make informed business decisions based on financial analysis and operational data.
• Foster open communication and collaboration with leadership across Tech24’s regional and national network.
