Job descriptionSupport our young adult ministry initiatives through program development and community-building events. Collaborate with our communications team to create captivating social media content that brings our parish's vibrant community to life. Serve as a community expert in developing and implementing a Christian storytelling strategy. Possesses a burning passion for the Catholic Church's mission and a deep commitment to social justice. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Theology, or a related field. Proven experience in podcast production or digital media creation. Mastery of audio and video production tools. A passion for faith formation and young adult ministry. A creative mindset with a finger on the pulse of digital trends. Demonstrates exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple projects. A deep understanding of Catholic teachings and an active faith life. Available for weekend and evening events (because inspiration doesn't clock out at 5 PM!). Ability to manage equipment setups, including light lifting (up to 20 pounds). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Are you passionate about digital storytelling and faith-based community building? Join Saint Clement Parish as our Media and Ministry Engagement Manager! In this dynamic role, you'll lead the charge in creating compelling multimedia content and fostering vibrant young adult and member engagement.
Your creativity will shine as you produce two exciting podcast series and collaborate with our ministry teams to bring our parish's mission to life through innovative digital strategies.
Responsibilities :
Podcast Production & Digital Storytelling (50%)
- Spearhead the creation and management of two groundbreaking podcast series :
- Church Revitalization podcast : A bi-monthly deep-dive with our pastor into transformative church renewal topics.
- Craft engaging narratives and ensure top-notch production quality across all major podcast platforms.
- Analyze audience metrics to continuously refine content strategy and maximize listener engagement.
Ministry and Community Engagement (50%)
