Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to connect support performance to business outcomes

Conduct exploratory analysis to identify under-performance in the Support organization

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement and test preventative product solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience

A degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as economics, psychology, computer science, or statistics

Expert-level knowledge of SQL

Experience with large datasets and building reports using business intelligence tools

Strong statistical understanding of online testing methodologies
