Job descriptionProven experience working within a Design System (e.g., ETHOS or similar). Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional, global teams. Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of driving initiatives independently. Experience with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Desired : Previous experience with ETHOS Design System . Desired : Prior work in Medical Imaging or CT domain.
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support software user interface design and development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a structured Design System , possess strong collaboration skills, and be comfortable leading design reviews and engaging with global cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces for medical applications.
- Write user requirements and create detailed workflows .
- Lead and facilitate design reviews with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external clinical teams to gather feedback and incorporate improvements.
- Ensure alignment with established Design System standards and UX best practices.
