Role Overview

Our client, Deloitte, is seeking a UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant . This role involves implementing UKG WFM Pro modules, working across the full project lifecycle, and collaborating with top industry brands. Recruiting ends on 09 / 30 / 2025

Responsibilities

  • Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and integrate with Boomi.
  • Manage full lifecycle projects : Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
  • Engage in requirements gathering, client workshops, and meetings.
  • Design work efforts and proactively resolve project issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years' experience with HR and WFM functions, UKG modules, and full project lifecycle.
  • Experience in requirements workshops, troubleshooting UKG platforms, and exercising mature judgment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

    • Preferred Skills

  • External consulting experience.
  • Experience with other HRIS implementations.
  • Ability to interact across all organizational levels.

    The salary range is estimated between $131,175 and $218,625, based on various factors. Deloitte offers participation in incentive programs and multiple location options across the U.S. For accommodations, please refer to the application details provided.
