Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care
We are searching for a motivated leader for the Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care position for a well-known health organization in Ft. Worth, Texas!
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the nurse manager shares 24-hour accountability and additional responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical Surgical department.
Functions will be performed in accordance with the nurse practitioner in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3-5 year of Recent Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED.
- Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing; Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
- RN with current licensure or RN with temporary permit to practice from the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Prefer national certification in area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).
Salary Base : $84K - $127K
