We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering a prioritised roadmap from gathering and analysing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, through to ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the enhancements.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst you'll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities :

• Work alongside Process Owners in their efforts to optimise the processes they own.
• Document requirements, lead / manage the review of those documents with the subject matter experts, and achieve formal signoff.
• Identify critical success measures and ensure data is available to track them.
• Work closely with the Technical Leads as they develop out the functional and technical designs, ensuring they will effectively meet the business needs.
• Work closely with the Test Analysts, ensure they are also kept updated, and especially made aware of scope changes, project issues, and risks.
• Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during the Development and Testing stages, in relation to specification questions and ambiguities, communicating with process owners and SMEs as necessary.
