Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to optimize and streamline scheduling operations across cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define scheduling requirements, and implement efficient solutions that comply with regulations and support business growth.

The Senior Business Analyst will leverage BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to transform complex data into clear reports that highlight trends, metrics, and performance indicators. You will drive alignment of the master production schedule, maintain capacity models, establish labor standards, and ensure data accuracy through standardized processes and quality controls. This role includes collaborating with IT and vendors to integrate scheduling, workforce management, and reporting tools, building dashboards and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, managing system testing and implementation, training stakeholders, and maintaining compliance documentation aligned with cannabis regulations. Regular reporting on scheduling KPIs, risk mitigation, and best practice coaching are also part of this role.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, along with experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst-preferably in the cannabis or agricultural industry. Proficiency in BI visualization tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential. Cannabis-specific experience and knowledge of ERP, workforce management, or seed-to-sale systems is a plus. Candidates must be able to work onsite.
