Job descriptionLead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial controls and reporting. Support external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to leadership. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
