Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage, and screen top-tier talent for various roles using advanced technology

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit align with client needs

Manage client relationships, providing updates and ensuring alignment with hiring goals throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a retained search or staffing firm

Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and complex recruitment workflows

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of the sales, marketing, and operations job market is a plus
