Own end-to-end searches for high-impact Revenue roles
Act as a strategic partner to Sales VPs and regional Revenue leaders on hiring plans
Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-performing SaaS sales talent
Required Qualifications
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives and Revenue functions in a high-growth SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and RevOps leaders
Proficiency with recruiting tools and analytics (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Data-driven approach to hiring decisions and a consultative mindset with hiring teams
Strong professional presence to represent the company to senior revenue talent
