CPI Security, in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire a Fitness and Engagement Coordinator at our headquarters office. What You'll Do :

You'll collaborate with both our Fitness / Wellness Manager and HR team to drive initiatives that enhance employee well‑being and streamline HR processes—all while promoting a cohesive, inclusive workplace experience.

Wellness & Fitness Initiatives

• Lead the design and delivery of engaging health and wellness programs tailored to our employees' needs, from one-on-one counseling to dynamic workshops.
• Create and distribute compelling wellness content via digital channels, email campaigns, and in-house displays—keeping employees informed, motivated, and involved.
• Oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our fitness facility—including opening / closing, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Partner with our Benefits Specialist to manage end‑to‑end wellness programming—developing monthly themes, coordinating with vendors, and aligning events with our organizational calendar.
