Payroll Supervisor / Manager / Director

Payroll & HR Coordinator Hybrid (Stamford, CT)

We recently placed our clients Accounting Manager, and are excited to support them with adding a Payroll Specialist to their HR team of 2! What You'll Do :

• Process biweekly and bimonthly payrolls (U.S. & Canada) in ADP and Payworks
• Review and confirm overtime hours; ensure approvals are accurate
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and billing
• Handle new hire setup, job postings, and assist with recruiting logistics
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS and help streamline payroll processes

Hybrid : Stamford, CT (13 days / week on site)
