Job descriptionProcess domestic and international payrolls accurately and on time. Coordinate with payroll vendors and ensure compliance with international requirements. Manage garnishments and act as a subject matter expert. Respond to payroll inquiries promptly. Create and provide ad-hoc payroll reports. Collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll issues. Participate in payroll projects and system enhancements. 3-5 years' experience with multi-state payroll processing. Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. International payroll processing experience preferred. Knowledge of payroll general ledger and tax laws. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay Range : $65.00 / hrs
Description
- Process payroll for employees on a semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly basis.
- Coordinate and process international payrolls, including FX rate adjustments.
- Handle garnishments and respond to inquiries.
- Verify employment forms and communicate with lenders.
- Collaborate with HRIS for IRS updates.
- Submit Union Dues and manage related communications.
- Provide payroll data for labor statistics.
