Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor status of all LAN / WAN network infrastructure
- Respond to alarms in Spectrum and take appropriate action against / for them.
- Create incidents for network anomalies and perform call outs all hours to ensure an analyst is
aware of the situation you are reporting.
Must be able to think quickly and make the appropriate choice for the situation with little to no
supervision.

- Work off shift; this position is for off shift once acclimated to the environment.
- Basic understanding of PC systems
- Experience assessing and documenting communication systems in accordance with NIST standards and best practices.
- Familiarity or basic understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, TCP and UDP Preferred Qualifications
- Highly desirable- experience with Spectrum and help desk applications.
- Previous help desk or Tier 1 call center environment
- Network certifications are certainly considered
