TARGETING SaaS / tech roles? Addison Group LA has been engaged in a coveted search for a Finance Business Ops Associate for a Series B SaaS company with a unique spin on a competitive space. This is the first hire reporting to the Head of Finance, a true career development opportunity as the company scales to support next stage growth. The Finance Business Ops Associate will have immediate impact Day 1, focusing on finance and strategy, providing insights to the business, and participating in fundraising efforts. You bring to the table serious modeling chops, including waterfall and 3-statements. Create reporting and dashboards to track SaaS metrics, and partner closely with Product, Sales and Ops teams on new business cases and analysis. Prep materials for the board and investors. Work cross-functionally on various operational initiatives around contracts and buildout of BvA workflows.

The Finance Business Ops Associate will have 3-5 years' experience with a background in finance strategy, consulting, or ibanking . The ideal candidate will have exposure to various FP&A / BI tools and preferably familiar with SaaS industry growth levers. The compensation package includes a base salary up to $125K + 20-25% bonus & equity participation. Health benefits are fully paid by the company and there is an established 401K. Lunch is catered daily and other perks for this onsite role in Los Angeles' Westside.
