- Supervise on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.\n
Monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.\n
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.\n
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.\n
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.\n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.\n
