Job descriptionProven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high-end residential construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills . Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus . A patient, service-oriented approach , ensuring an outstanding client experience. Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary are required.
