Maintains adherence to budgets, provides direction and supervision to seasonal employees, and provides a high level of customer service by assisting with all aspects of food and beverage operations.

Meet with customer to help organize event, weddings and golf tournaments. Work is performed under general supervision. Essential Functions Oversees the food and beverage operations.

Manages inventory controls with food and beverage products. Records inventory and supplies. Researches menu items to be sold and develops menus for caf and events.

Oversees clubhouse maintenance. Ensures compliance with sanitation, alcohol serving, and food related regulations. (20%) Promotes and books events at golf courses.

Meets with customers on events. Administers reservation deposits and invoices. Oversees all orders for specialized food and beverage requests.

Develops party menus for events. Communicates with kitchen on all food requests. Coordinates with golf staff and tournament coordinators for food and beverage requirements.

Coordinates events with the setup of banquet food and beverage staging areas. (30%) Reviews inventory of food and beverages and related supplies to determine products to be ordered.

Assists with developing projections of future food and beverage requirements. Reviews invoices to ensure deliveries are accurate.

Ensures food is stored properly to prevent spoilage (15%) Hires, oversees, and directs work of seasonal employees. Creates schedules to ensure catering, beverage cart, concession stand operations, and golf course caf are adequately staffed and within budgeted hours.

Provides training and guidance to temporary staff. Ensures safety and food regulations are in compliance with staff. (15%) Performs administrative and accounting duties.

10%) Assists in club house and pro shop. Performs deposits and closes out pro shop at end of day. (10%) Performs other duties as assigned.
