Key Responsibilities
Manage daily PRISM Help Desk operations, ensuring timely ticket resolution and consistent service levels
Supervise and coordinate subject matter experts across various functions to ensure operational continuity
Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking help desk metrics and facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience overseeing help desk operations and leading technical teams
Experience supporting PRISM or comparable federal ERP / procurement systems preferred
Strong understanding of system configuration management and reporting solutions
Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
