Loan Support Analyst

As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint. PNC provides a best in class office environment; and also supports remote and hybrid work environments. As a Loan Support Analyst in PNC Midland's Insurance department, you will be responsible for determining compliance of commercial insurance policies on real estate loans. Typical duties include interacting with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of insurance, paying insurance premiums, insurance compliance, and working to resolve any noncompliant insurance items. Additional analytical responsibilities may be assigned, with regards to claims and lender placed insurance coverage. An ideal candidate will have a 4 year college degree or 2+ years relative experience. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer risk syndicated and / or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and / or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements. Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to deal structures and / or regulatory compliance requirements. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and / or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions. Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Supports work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures. Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $34,000.00 $76,200.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
