Senior Analyst Crew Resources
The Senior Analyst as part of the Crew Resources Planning team, will ensure sufficient future staffing levels for the Flight Ops and Inflight operational groups. In doing so, the Senior Analyst will develop, use, and maintain workforce planning systems and perform various scheduled and ad-hoc analyses to drive an operable and profitable airline. In addition to strategizing and analyzing crew resourcing scenarios from a micro and macro level, the Senior Analyst will implement tools and resources that will help make effective decisions that impact key company performance metrics. They may also occasionally work on similar projects for other hourly operational groups.

When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable Crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.

Equipment : Computer and other office equipment. Occasional trips to the airport may require special equipment ear plugs, safety vests, and steel-toed boots.
Work Environment : Traditional office environment. Present during core business hours with extended hours when operationally necessary.
Physical Effort : Generally not required, or up to 10 pounds occasionally, 0 pounds frequently. (Sedentary)
Compensation : The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
