A luxury hotel in Virginia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team! We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to help run hotel operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver engaging training programs across departments
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Manage and update HR policies and procedures to align with current regulations
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes for all new hires
- Support employee engagement and implement recognition initiatives
