Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lawyer to act as a trusted legal advisor and representative for high-priority, sensitive cases. This role will focus primarily on family-related legal matters (including divorce proceedings), and internal business issues requiring discretion, strategy, and persistence.
This is a full-time role based in Georgia, with an expected duration of 1–2 years (until the completion of ongoing divorce proceedings), offering competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities :
- Legal Advisory : Provide sound legal advice on cases including family-related legal issues
- Case Handling : Manage and represent the company or affiliated individuals in legal matters as needed, especially in the state of Georgia.
- Documentation : Draft, review, and revise legal correspondence, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Legal Research : Stay updated on federal and Georgia state laws relevant to the business, especially those relating to labor, family, and corporate law.
- Execution : Proactively drive cases forward with persistence, independence, and minimal pushback.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of legal experience, with exposure to family law and / or corporate law preferred.Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience working with multicultural clients is preferred.Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.Benefits

Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of legal experience, with exposure to family law and / or corporate law preferred. Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience working with multicultural clients is preferred. Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Preferred Lawyer of Asian descent (as part of our commitment to diversity and cultural understanding, especially in cases involving Asian-American clients or stakeholders). Familiarity with both U.S. and Asian legal perspectives (e.g., Filipino, Chinese, or other Southeast / East Asian cultures) is a plus.
