Reports to : Manager, Enterprise Security
Description : Cox Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Security Technology Operations who will be accountable for planning, project management, implementation, reporting for physical security technologies, strategies, and operations.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
- Accountable for project management and implementation for all enterprise physical security technologies, tools, and applications.
- Coordinates with enterprise technology and security operations teams for access control, visitor management, incident management, video systems, badging and monitoring for responding to incidents, alarms, events, and business needs.
- Implements polices, guidelines, procedures for enterprise security technologies, applications, tools.
- Ability to use AUTOAD or similar technology to read and manage installations.
- Manages audit processes, compliance, and assessments to meet business needs and strategy.
- Coordinates with security operations and key stakeholders on physical security projects and implementation.
- Supports field with maintenance and support for security technologies and networks.
- Coordinates with external security personnel within the organization or functional area on enterprise physical security systems, monitoring, applications, and tools.
- Establish knowledge of functional business operations to identify security vulnerabilities and weaknesses to recommend strategies for prevention, mitigation, and implementation.
- Participates in and / or responds to actual business crisis, interruptions, or disasters.
- Accountable for maintaining and reporting operating metrics.
- Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to installation of physical security systems to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
Minimum :
8 or more years of experience required in a related field (i.e., Physical Security, Loss Prevention, Project Management, Security Operations Centers, etc.
if the candidate does not possess a related degree.
- 4 or more years of experience required if the candidate possesses a related advanced degree.
- Proven self-starter, who works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
- Proficient knowledge of physical security systems, networks, project management, applicable laws, and regulations to support and maintain enterprise physical security systems tools and applications including training and design of such physical security technology controls.
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware applications related to Physical Security Systems, Applications and Tools (i.
e. ProWatch, Sureview, ServiceNow, Sur-Gard, Avigilon, AutoCAD, and all Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization and external contacts.
- This position requires leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred :
- A bachelor’s degree in an area of study relevant to this position and at least 4 years of experience with a law enforcement, public, or private sector security organization.
- Ability to effectively manage and support programs, technologies, reporting, and compliance with internal and external partners and business leaders to support our Enterprise Security Physical Security Technology program.
- Security Clearance eligible.
- Experience in incident management and business continuity.
- Certification or accreditation from a Security Management Association or governing body.
