OPTION #1 IN PERSON - MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE HOSPITAL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START

OPTION #2 REMOTE - ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING

the shifts are 7-7

All full-time staff is required to work 2 weekends in a 4 week period.

NO CALL SHIFTS !
