Job descriptionStrong management and leadership abilities Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques Excellent customer service Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate. Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus. A keen eye for cleanliness and organization Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques. Sell memberships and retail Make multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations Increase client participation energetically Set up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes. Maintain clean facility Manage client accounts Experience with social media and willingness to use it.

The SPENGA Front Desk & Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented multi-tasker.
