Job descriptionCommunicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards. Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members. Greeting and assisting members. Cashier operations. Answering phones. Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service. Assist with special events. A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required) Communication and Interpersonal Skill Organization skills & ability to multitask A passion for the fitness Industry Initiative / problem solver Attitude of optimism & teamwork Familiarity with GSuite
