Salary : $200,000 - $400,000
Role Overview :
As the Head of Growth, New Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities :
Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive new business and expand market presence.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for potential clients.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to new business development.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in new business development or sales within the media and advertising industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Strong network of contacts in the marketing and advertising industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
